OUR PRIMARY FOCUS
The Foundation was established to provide financial and other assistance to organizations that support the growth, learning, and safety of children in our communities. We are currently providing assistance in three areas.
The Kindervision Foundation:
Kindervision is a not for profit organization with a mission to Empower children and families, through education, to end child sexual exploitation. In addition to financial support, Larry serves on the Board of Directors of Kindervision. Website: TheGreatestSave.org.
Fayetteville-Lincoln County Public Library:
One of the original founders and long term supporters of the Library was Betty Tanner, Tricia's mother. The Library has also been supported and energized over the years by Tricia's sister Emily Law. Our efforts have been expanded as the library has received matching federal funds for the programs we support.
The Gerald Ivan Mingledorff Scholarship: Each year a scholarship will be awarded to a graduating high school senior attending Keystone Heights High School. The Scholarship is awarded in memory of Gerald Mingledorff, Larry's brother. The scholarship requires an extensive application process with a focus on academics, financial need, leadership, and character.
Other Activities:
The Foundation also supports other initiatives including the support for the adoption of children, direct financial support for children in need, and support for working "entrepreneur" moms.
